How do you know none of which are here? If there is truth to be found on this forum then they are here Nomex. "They" being the weeds. You think the GB and their helpers are the only weeds in the world?

Many of the reminders they give, such as modest dress and grooming, are straight out of the scriptures. I'm not saying they haven't been infiltrated by weeds, but there is wheat within still as well.

There is nothing wrong with reminders. Especially when we consider that the weeds within the organization try to cause division through improper dress. Tight clothes, more cleavage than should be shown, sloppy, etc... Anything to divide a congregation will be used. Don't forget those same weeds follow truth wherever it may be found...

I didnt want to mis quote your original post. I was simply responding to what you had posted. I think you have severely mis judged the wisdom of the ruler of this world. We are living in the last of the last days of the last day according to Brother Lett. How long have they beat the drum about the end is right around the corner or we are on the cusp of the great tribulation? Dress and proper grooming which has been covered and talked about for many years by Watchtower is now a talking point for change. Really?? You think Satan is going to corrupt Jehovahs people thru tight pants and cleavage? Really? shouldnt even be a talking point.

Theres not one human walking the earth that could outsmart one of Jehovahs wisest angels . We would be left for nothing without Jehovahs holy spirit. What do you think happens when Jehovah removes his holy spirit? Look at the current state of affairs within the organization and that should be a hint.

This is a remarkable statement. I love this!! I know, I know, who am I to love anything? But I do, I love this!!
 
The GB opened up a can of worms and now wants the worms to go back in the can all orderly? While watching update#3, was waiting for a few female/male models with appropriate slacks/beards and/or garments that the GB feels dignified; however, never happened. If you want to set guidelines, especially with respect to grooming, gotta have some examples. Would've been fun to watch sister's walking down a runway with GB-approved slacks. 😁 In our KH, it's already, in my opinion, near borderline of what many would consider appropriate dress & grooming. Brother's now using white soled timberland style shoes, striped socks with all-type of designs, fairly unkempt beards (all styles)... so, if they wanted a main-stream Christianity blending with respect to dress & grooming... getting close now. 🤷‍♂️

This doesnt surprise me at all. I figured this would happen. Trust me, they will have talks on the appropriate " new light" dress and grooming.

I hate those striped socks with all kinds of designs! They have to wear pants that are shorter so everyone can see them. Not a good look for a straight male. I had a doctors appt years ago and he walked in the room wearing highwaters and those stupid socks. I just got up and walked out. I said " see ya". I told the receptionist i thought a mental patient had walked in.

Well if they need sock advice our Prime Minister will stand by to help them. Justin "sock boy" Trudeau never really cared about the "straight male" look though so that could be a problem point. But his wife...ex-wife, assures us that he's straight as an arrow.
