why Sept 1? Everything they do is choreographed so there is a reason for this date.

I do hope they come out here, and knock on my little cabin door. I will be very nice and neighborly, i won’t say anything to run them off. I want them to come.

Bizarre... The first question I would ask the GB is this one: Why not resume door to door preaching tomorrow or TODAY even? Why wait another month? for what? Whats the logic behind that? Its just pathetic...

Maybe perhaps because September does start a new service year and they’re supposed to have a campaign starting shortly after that.

Keep in mind too that this is a corporation JW’s are working for. Gotta get those numbers up!

So basically because of "administrative convenience" they decided to delay obeying Christ for another month... ?

I think going door to door in alot of neighborhoods is dangerous. Carts are a bit safer. Maybe taking a taser or some bear spray to the door, a pistol might be a bit much. Why aren't they using plane towed signs along the beach. Coors Lite sign goes by every day here. Seems to work really well.

They been having too many ‘cart crashes.’ I’ve seen some on YT.

If you are going to arrange times and locations and schedules for meetings for field service it is reasonable to pick a date in the future to let everyone plan accordingly.

Its a real conundrum. Best to take it Jehovah. Everyone's conscious will be different on the matter and we will need to respect each one's choice as it is only between them and Jehovah and we each will carry our own load.

you’re right, Jess. and some would have to actually violate or go against their consciences to carry out a WT, Gov Body door to door ministry because let’s face, we cannot unknow the lies of WT. The GOV body will expect all JWs to preach and teach what the Gov Body tells them to. It’s not like there will be freeness of speech at the door as in past decades. JWs can’t deviate from the Gov Body directive.
