It happened 3 days after the infamous talk of Stephen Lett where he said that babies are "enemies of God". Since this woman was deaf I wonder how Stephen Letts speech was communicated to her (in sign language)?

It seems they are signalling ppl subconciously in so many ways in media in general. imo this is programming done to trigger off unbalanced and mentally ill individuals. And its been working really well for «them» (mockingbird psyop) its just crazy to see this same tactic being pushed inside the organization.

Didnt they uncover child mass graves in the 1000s outside secveral monasteries in scotland last year? The trafficking is global and run by high level intellengence agencies just like the heroin trade.
 
That phrase "little enemies of God" is such a memetic hazard. Especially to those with compromised minds (the sister might be the possessed one here). When speaking about any subject on the platform, one needs to consider the information they have (Is it accurate? Do I enough sources? Do I have the necessary scripture on hand? Etc.) is sufficient. Lett should have considered 1st Corinthians 7:14 as well as Jesus' disposition towards children. I have a PDF here on Information Hazards that might help explain things better.

Not sure myself about the graves but I'm beginning to see that Satan hate's children, probably because they have a future and he's going to be put on a pile of manure where he belongs. He also targets kids because he can get parents through their love. If you think about it you'll know what that means.

Sadly, mental health issues can be exacerbated by religion, just as some preachers wan work themselves up to “speak in tongues“. When faced with a religion where there may be emphasis wrong-doing and the works of Satan, then it can really upset a person with difficult balances to maintain in their thinking process. It would not be impossible for a person with such a delicate hold on stability for them to be goaded into mental collapse as this poor woman claims. How can witnesses believe in anointing, yet deny Satan controlling others to do his bidding? What must people think of witnesses? We shall see worse -if that is possible, with children denouncing their parents and vica-versa. We shall see far more too. It brings to mind the savagery in Africa where they go at each other with machetes and clubs.

i wonder how Lett and WT feel now. Do they take any personal responsibility for what happened? What about the millions of parents prone to abusive behavior, that now view their children as enemies of God? And to mention the children, that are made to watch this awful thing, that internalize this garbage.

We really need an “Agree” button rather than a “like“ button for these subjects. You are right of course. I have known parents go into “lockdown” and a fear of reproach on Jehovah‘s name simply because their children picked up lice at school. Lett makes the mistake that everyone appreciates and understands his reasoning. That is his mistake. He is very much unlettered in the thinking of this world. Sadly, he does not appear to know how to teach, he only tries to explain what he knows - and what he knows is somewhat limited by watchtower rhetoric. Not a good combination.

I hope he didn’t say what he did about children knowingly. That would be too much to bear and the implications so serious. I prefer to assume that his teaching skills are commensurate with his insight. Maybe I am sticking my head in the sand.

i understand @BARNABY THE DOG. I don't want to an alarmist. I’m a realist.

i just can’t assume they are this, well, dumb.

Everything the GOV body says and does in front of JWs is scripted, choreographed and rehearsed. If an ordinary person can imagine the implications, so can it jointly, and each member of this body, .

I am not going to sit here and say that the Gov Body is merely a victim of its own propaganda. It creates the propaganda and disseminates it accordingly amongst JWs.

I can say that i know for a fact that this murder of an innocent child is not the only backlash that has happened as a result of Lett’s irresponsible words.

He could retract those words, or clarify them. But he won’t.

it really is this bad, I’m afraid.

I do NOT judge anyone for withholding such an opinion that i hold- it’s a protection for the mind and spirit in a way, but i hold this opinion as my own protection- that is, from any manipulation that the Gov Body would employ to cause me any confusion or any doubt as to what this body really is, how corrupt it is, how far gone it truly is.
 
I suspect they will say nothing but the recording will be altered for posterity if it causes enough waves. I'm about a quarter of the way into Raymond Franz's book (Crisis of Conscience) and this looks like their history of hoof and mouth disease is endemic. He most generously attributes it to group think in the GB which is why even if the rest of the GB heard this and thought it was odd, they'd go with it. Never an apology - if you stumble it is your own fault because they are never wrong.

i read Crisis of Conscience very shortly after i was stumbled out of WT but i was still PIMO- this book was the first exposure i ever had to the 1975 debacle.

After i read the chapter on 1975, i became physically sick.

Because i was still in the org, i was able to speak to a couple older sisters that i knew. they would have been in the org during this time, albeit as children.

I got the same drivel from both: 1975 was the result of over eager rank n file brothers.

Of course i knew better. But i couldn’t décidé if these sisters were lying to me, or just plain ignorant of the facts. I settled on the latter.

The rest of the book solidified my view of the current Gov Body. I knew from then on that this body is not a victim of its own propaganda- it creates the propaganda and disseminates it to unwitting JWs in the most heinous way- by attributing it to Jehovah,

Have you read Franz' other book, In Search of Christian Freedom?
I don't agree with everything he says but his books have helped in dealing with my Watchtower PTSD.
