Going by the testimony of Rivera the Jesuits were training operatives to infiltrate us at least as early as the mid 20th century. Makes total sense they'd want intel and influence given 75% of our converts were catholic before JW
I have heard from a relative (not blood related) who had a family member on their side that was involved with the government. That relative told him that any individual in any particular group that makes a stink in the eyes of the government will have that entire group infiltrated & watched by the government indefinitely. I think when Rutherford made his big Baptist style preaching & was arrested for sedition, that's when the government (including the USSR) set their sights on the Org and a great infiltration began.

If I had to guess since it has to do with construction, that you vow to follow rules / directions concerning safety. Since the Borg have no Workmen's Compensation (that is another angle to everyone being "volunteers", if you are hurt on the WT job, you must rely on your own personall health insurance policy, which of course likely has a deductible also, unlike WC which has no deductible and provisions for short term/long term disability.

Guessing that this vow is legalese to indemnify and hold harmless the Borg if your brother drops a hammer on your from 40' in the air and cracks your skull. Now, I suppose you would have to pursue a claim against your brother, who if is a good PIMI, probably has limited assets.

Just another instance of the Borg getting you to play Russian Roulette with them, like with the jab.
One of the most fearsome things about America is the propensity to sue for damages for just about every cause one can think of and for some outrageous amount in compensation that is impossible to imagine, let alone pay. It is gradually spreading to England but fortunately, such is our miserly attitude, few of us can even imagine that sort of money, let alone pronounce it or expect anyone to have acquired it in the first place!

When the BBC 'Top Gear' finished filming they donated a car used in the show to a family in Detroit. The family try to sue because there was a problem with the brakes!

They left off the first two words, "New World". I do find it odd, maybe not as much as I once did, that the org has pretty much as far back as I can remember, 50+ years, they have always used those words somewhere but just not together. You have the "New World" Translation, and we always talked about the "new system" as the "New Order", still do as far as I remember, and now a "vow of obedience to the Order". Nothing weird creepy or Satanic about that at all!
Wasn't long ago they quoted the Lord of the New World Order i.e. Klaus Schwab as if he is a good guy
You will eat zee bugs!

I have found that children of today confuse Hollywood with reality.
Well Ian Fleming based a lot of his characters on real villains, some were composites of people, but until Klaus Swab came along I didn't know some people were basing their real life on James Bond villains.

On a side note, did you know Ian Flemming wrote "Chitty, Chitty, Bang Bang" You know the Disney classic with Dick Van Dyke???!!!! I'm not making that up look it up! ROFLOL!

No I did not know Flemming wrote chatty bang. If I did, I would have sued him for ruining my life with all the repeats of that film!

I Attended the midweek meeting last night via Zoom. I knew by the title " Obeying Theocradic Arrangement", that I wasnt going to be encouraged. Well, they started off with the example of King David wanting to brink the Ark of the covenant into the temple because Saul had not taken good care of it. And that David wanted to change all of that. Well...anyway, because of his zeal, joy and excitement, him and his men had a big festaval and display dancing all the way to the temple with the ark in tow.

We all know the account. The ark was about to fall and one of Davids Men Uzzah (?) reached out his hand to prevent the ark from falling. Jehovah instantly dealt him a Death Smite. The reason for this is because David had not followed the arrangement and custom of inquiring of Jehovah to see how he felt about it.- Hard lesson learned for David.

The point that was made during the question answer session was, and I quote:

" The bible reading reminds us how its important to listen to the organization that Jehovah is using even if we dissagree or dont understand. Failure to heed the instructions from Jehovah's organization could possible cost us our life"

I damn near immediately disconnected from Zoom, I was so hot. But the next segment of the meeting was the importance of prayer and how Jehovah hears us, so that was a strong motivator in encouraging me suffer through the other nonsense. Its just all so funny. Even though we know whats going on and whats happeneing, Its still so very shocking to hear from the platform the advocation of idol worship.

As much as I understand whats taking place, It runs me hot every single time. The realization that this organization is really turning apostate is absolutely mind boggling. They've gone well beyond placing themselves in the seat of Moses...They've totally bypassed Jesus Christ and placed themseves at "The Right Hand of Jehovah."

The same Organization from which I learned the truth, is becoming Anti-Truth. That really hurts. But as it was written, so must it be done.
Come quickly, Lord Jesus.-Amen
Yeah. I know how outrageous painful and infuriating can be realizing of that and all the things they do. It's shocking. But I also wish that the Kingdom comes very soon, so the evil of this world (including theirs) and this world itself is finished asap.

They are only issuing ONE new issue of the Watchtower for the entire year of 2023 and ONE new issue of the Awake for the year. They are recycling old issues and doing a reprint but the Tweeter was pointing out that mental health is one of the topics because he thinks JWs are crazy but my point is that the magazines have been hugely important in the preaching work and now they will only produce one a year???
Yeah. I noticed that too and I wondered the same thing, why? It's so strange to me.

The "Theocratic Arrangement" works fully only in/within God's Kingdom, which is not yet on earth ...
Also, there is no "God's Organization" on earth - when Jesus came on earth He named His father's Organization "God's KINGDOM" , and "the Kingdom of Heavens" , so yes, His Organization is in Heavens until now.
The biblical reason we should not use the expression "Jehovah's Organization" related to his people on earth now, is because we must let ourselves taught by Jesus - Matthew 17:5,
and then the apostle Paul has wrote ... in 1Corinthians 2:
10 But God has revealed them (God's things) to us through His Spirit.
For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God,
that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
13 These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches
but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

So, the true anointed ones (being taught by Holy Spirit) speaks about God's things (revealed truths) using not the words the human wisdom teaches, but "words the Holy Spirit teaches"
And Jehovah God, through His Holy Writings inspired by His Holy Spirit uses the word "people", "My people" when referring to the group of his worshippers on earth ...
and it is worthy to learn, that ...
"For among my people are found wicked men: they watch, as fowlers lie in wait; they set a trap, they catch men." Jeremiah 5:26.

What we MUST obey (and submit to) are the teachings of His Beloved Son - see Matt 17:5 / 2John1:9.

Below are many quotes from prophecies which all applies to members of His people, (not of His org.)

"Failure to heed......."
This is the kind of Donkey Doodles (my words) that grates my OLE worn out nerves.

After years of listening to this unscriptural man made drivel it certainly can cause ones who are awake to heat up.

My eyes are watching and my ears are paying attention to how I am listening. LU 8:18.

If what is being taught from platform etc., does not line up with scriptures
I AIN'T DOING IT. I am at the tip of the melting iceberg where I am too old to be fearful of watchtower shepherd the flock repercussions.

Makes me ill. I feel your heat FALLEN!!

Good News Translation
But as for you, Christ has poured out his Spirit on you. As long as his Spirit remains in you, you do not need anyone to teach you. For his Spirit teaches you about everything, and what he teaches is true, not false. Obey the Spirit's teaching, then, and remain in union with Christ.
