Stop being molded by this system of things.—Rom. 12:2.
Millions of families today have been divided by divorce. Even families who stay in the same house may become virtual strangers. “Mom, dad, and the kids are all disconnected from each other and connected to a computer screen, tablet, smartphone, or video game console,” says one family counselor. “Although these families live under the same roof, they barely know each other.” We do not want to be molded by the world’s loveless spirit. Instead, we need to cultivate tender affection not only for our family members but also for those who are related to us in the faith. (Rom. 12:10) What is tender affection? It is a term that specifically describes the warm friendship between close family members. That is the kind of love we should cultivate for our spiritual family, our Christian brothers and sisters. When we show tender affection, we help maintain the unity that is a vital part of true worship.—Mic. 2:12. w21.01 20 ¶1-2

The One Who Endures to the End Will Be Saved

Clothe yourselves with the tender affections of compassion.—Col. 3:12.
“The tender affections of compassion” are part of the new personality that all Christians are expected to put on. How can you cultivate tender feelings for others? Open your heart wide. Listen carefully when someone shares his feelings and concerns. Use your imagination and ask yourself: ‘If I were in his situation, how would I feel? What would I need?’ Do you know of a widow who needs help with repairs on her home? Is there an elderly Christian who needs transportation to get to the meetings, to go out in the ministry, or to go to the doctor? Even a small act of kindness can make a big difference in the life of a fellow worshipper in need. Above all, we can show tender concern for others by having a full share in the ministry. There is no greater way to make a difference in the lives of honesthearted ones!

COMMENTARY

It is interesting that the apostle exhorted Christians to “clothe” ourselves with love, or as it is worded in Colossians, with “tender affections of compassion.” Jehovah first clothed the naked Adam and Eve with long animal skins as they were being escorted out of paradise into the harsh world of thorns and briars.

Interestingly, Revelation uses the analogy of nakedness in the context of Christ coming to inspect his congregation, saying: “‘Look! I am coming as a thief. Happy is the one who stays awake and keeps his outer garments, so that he may not walk naked and people look upon his shamefulness.’ And they gathered them together to the place that is called in Hebrew Armageddon.”

It has been pointed out that the cloth that makes up our clothing is made of many small threads that are stitched together. Similarly, it is the seemingly small things that matter. Many little acts of kindness and compassion over a long period make a difference in the lives of those with whom we interact. The reality, though, is that the little things may be lacking. Thoughtfulness and consideration may be wanting.

Jehovah foretold that the love of many will grow cold because of the increase of lawlessness. Was Christ foretelling that people of the world will allow their love to grow cold? That is not reasonable. In context, Jesus was speaking of the tribulation that would come upon his followers as a result of their being betrayed and persecuted by their brothers. Here is what Jesus said: “Then people will hand you over to tribulation and will kill you, and you will be hated by all the nations on account of my name. Then, too, many will be stumbled and will betray one another and will hate one another. Many false prophets will arise and mislead many; and because of the increasing of lawlessness, the love of the greater number will grow cold. But the one who has endured to the end will be saved.”

While it is obvious that the tribulation that Jesus spoke of has not begun, hence the love of the greater number has not grown cold —yet, there is a trend in that direction. Of course, Jehovah’s Witnesses are convinced that the brotherhood enjoys unbreakable unity. But, just hypothetically, what would happen to organizational unity if it became undeniably obvious that the Watchtower had misled Jehovah’s Witnesses on the vital matter of the nature and timing of Christ’s return? Given the fact that over the years many of Jehovah’s Witnesses have stumbled over relatively trivial errors and inconsequential “adjustments,” the impact of the realization of gross deception would be considerable. Or as Jesus said, “many will be stumbled and will betray one another and will hate one another.”

Unfortunately this is not a hypothetical scenario. The fact is, the Watchtower has misled Jehovah’s Witnesses. Although many are blissfully unaware of the deception at the present moment, when nations and kingdoms go to war in the very near future and when all the other things Jehovah’s Witnesses have been led to believe have already fulfilled prophecy and cannot happen in the future actually happen, then their faith will be shaken as never before.

As it stands Jehovah’s Witnesses have been conditioned to believe that the Watchtower is Jehovah’s mouthpiece. But if that is the case, how could it be so wrong? That will be the test. That is why Christ stressed the importance of staying awake.

My advice is, to follow the Watchtower’s advice as expressed in the day’s text. Make the bonds with fellow believers strong by doing the little things. The stronger the bonds of love the less likely it will be that they will be broken when others betray and hate one another.

And as the text exhorts, “use your imagination.” Think of the shock that the trusting brothers and sisters are going to experience when war engulfs the world and the witnessing work suddenly ceases when terror and global pandemics and food shortages claim hundreds of millions of souls. Who are they going to turn to? The faithful and discreet slave is not going to have any answers then, even as Jehovah foretold in Isaiah: “Therefore, I am the One who will again do wonderful things with this people, with wonder upon wonder; and the wisdom of their wise men will perish, and the understanding of their discreet men will be hidden.” Isaiah 29

But Paul assured us that love never fails. By being there now and strengthening the bonds of love with others you may have freeness of speech in the future and be instrumental in imparting courage, faith, and hope during that time of distress when the love of the greater number grows cold. By doing so you may strengthen others to endure to the end so as to be saved

You found them to be liars

Tuesday, July 27 2021
You put to the test those who say they are apostles. —Rev. 2:2.
Anointed ones do not expect others to treat them in a special way. (Phil. 2:2, 3) They know that when Jehovah anointed them, he did not let everyone else know about it. So an anointed person is not surprised if some do not believe right away that he has been anointed. He realizes that the Bible tells us not to be quick to believe someone who says that God has given him a special responsibility. Not wanting to draw attention to himself, an anointed Christian would not tell those whom he meets for the first time that he is anointed. And he would certainly not boast about it. (1 Cor. 4:7, 8) Anointed Christians do not search out other anointed ones, hoping to discuss their anointing with them or to form private groups for Bible study. (Gal. 1:15-17) The congregation would not be united if anointed ones did so. They would be working against the holy spirit, which helps God’s people to have peace and unity. —Rom. 16:17, 18. w20.01 28 ¶6-7
This is a very odd snippet of Scripture for the Watchtower to use. As far as I know, the Governing Body of Jehovah’s Witnesses is the only group of men that claim to be apostles. More accurately, they do not outright make such a claim, but it is implied by their repeatedly referring to the original apostles as the first-century governing body. This is done to elevate the Governing Body to the status of the apostles. (See article: Those Who Say They Are Apostles)

How may we put the modern-day apostles to the test? Well, consider the ministry of the apostle Paul. Because he was disrespected and belittled by the superfine apostles, Paul was compelled to recount the dangers he faced to preach the good news. At 2 Corinthians 11:23-27, Paul wrote: “Are they ministers of Christ? I reply like a madman, I am more outstandingly one: I have done more work, been imprisoned more often, suffered countless beatings, and experienced many near-deaths. Five times I received 40 strokes less one from the Jews, three times I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, three times I experienced shipwreck, a night and a day I have spent in the open sea; in journeys often, in dangers from rivers, in dangers from robbers, in dangers from my own people, in dangers from the nations, in dangers in the city, in dangers in the wilderness, in dangers at sea, in dangers among false brothers, in labor and toil, in sleepless nights often, in hunger and thirst, frequently without food, in cold and lacking clothing.”

The individual members of the Governing Body have spent many years in the so-called full-time service, either as pioneers, circuit overseers, or part of the Bethel staff. Perhaps some have faced “dangers in the city” when Bethel was headquartered in Brooklyn, but the comparison ends there. Those who say they are apostles live like kings in a secluded luxury estate. They are protected by security guards. They fly first class and are chauffeured in luxury cars. They have their every need attended to, including dental and medical care. The only real danger they face are the health problems that come with being overfed.

Unlike the real apostle, those who say they are apostles are not willing to venture out on the street to preach the good news because of a virus that is virtually non-transmissible in the open air. Far worse, because they wield absolute authority over the millions of Jehovah’s Witnesses who are obligated to follow God’s spirit-directed organization, no matter what, those who say they are apostles have forbidden Jehovah’s Witnesses from obeying Christ’s command to “go make disciples.” According to the faux apostles, it is too dangerous and foolhardy to even stand on a street corner.

Indeed, we have put those to the test who say they are apostles and have found them to be liars.

The sheep will be scattered

Saturday, October 4 2014

I bend my knees to the Father, to whom every family in heaven and on earth owes its name.—Eph. 3:14, 15.
Family. What does that word bring to your mind? Warmth? Happiness? Working together toward a common goal? A safe haven in which to grow, learn, and share ideas? Likely it does if you are part of a caring family. Jehovah himself is the Originator of the family. He purposed that all his creatures in heaven and on earth enjoy a sense of security, mutual trust, and genuine unity. After they sinned, humans were no longer part of God’s universal family, but Jehovah’s purpose was not thwarted. He will make sure that the Paradise earth will be fully inhabited with the offspring of Adam and Eve. (Gen. 1:28; Isa. 45:18) He has made every preparation to fulfill this purpose. A number of these arrangements are brought to our attention in the Bible book of Ephesians. Understanding them will enable us to cooperate with Jehovah’s purpose to unite his creation. w12 7/15 4:1, 2
Commentary
Jehovah does implement an administration at the full limit of the appointed times. However, the growing worldwide association of Jehovah’s Witnesses is not as a result of the prophetic ingathering. First must come the scattering of the flock. Then, Jesus will regather his Father’s scattered sheep. Bethel’s seers cannot comprehend such an outcome and no doubt that is why when the organization is shattered the sheep will be scattered. Did not Jesus himself foretell that the angels will sound the trumpet and the chosen ones will be gathered from the extremities of the earth?

As an example of their blindness consider the prophecy in the 34th chapter of Ezekiel, where God indicts the shepherds of his flock for their neglect. Who are the shepherds? According to the Watchtower the shepherds are the clergy and the cruel dictators of this world, the so-called political and “governmental shepherds” – no doubt a phrase concocted by the eccentric Fred Franz to justify his bizarre interpretation of Ezekiel, which completely obscures Jehovah’s coming judgment. But thinking Jehovah’s Witnesses ought to ask: Why would Jehovah expect the worldly tyrants of this world to care for his sheep in the first place? And why does God address them as “my shepherds”? The very idea that God would expect the tyrants of this world to feed and care for his people is absurd.

The prophecy reveals that Jehovah, through his “David,” “will deliver them out of all the places to which they have been scattered in the day of clouds and thick gloom.” The day of clouds and thick gloom lie just ahead.

The day of your reckoning will come

Tuesday, September 7 2021
Even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness, you are happy. —1 Pet. 3:14.
Never allow anything that mere humans say or do to make you feel ashamed of being one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. (Mic. 4:5) Consider the example set by the apostles in Jerusalem just after Jesus was put to death. They knew how much the Jewish religious leaders hated them. (Acts 5:17, 18, 27, 28) Yet, every day they continued to go to the temple and publicly identify themselves as disciples of Jesus. (Acts 5:42) They refused to cower in fear. We too can defeat our own fear of man by regularly and publicly identifying ourselves as Jehovah’s Witnesses —at work, at school, and in our neighborhood. (Acts 4:29; Rom. 1:16) Why were the apostles happy? They knew why they were hated, and they considered it an honor to be mistreated for doing Jehovah’s will. (Luke 6:23; Acts 5:41; 1 Pet. 2:19-21) When we understand that we are hated for doing what is right, we will never allow the hatred of men to paralyze us with fear. w19.07 7 ¶19-20
The conundrum with which Jehovah’s Witnesses are confronted is how can the Governing Body be the faithful and discreet slave and yet be so unfaithful and foolish?
When Jehovah’s Witnesses see a member of the Governing Body lying under oath before a government commission we are ashamed to be associated with an organization led by liars. When Jehovah’s Witnesses are scolded by a snarling member of the Governing Body for not believing that nobody cares for children better than Jehovah’s organization, we naturally cringe and would not want to be linked with such a man or “Jehovah’s organization.” When a member of the Governing Body claims that news reports exposing the Watchtower’s atrocious record of persecuting child abuse victims are not true, we are deeply ashamed to have any connection with men who have no regard for truth or decency or respect for the intelligence of their listeners. When we see a video of a Governing Body member in a liquor store with a shopping cart loaded with expensive scotch we are sickened and saddened that heaven’s earthly mouthpiece is so hypocritical.
There are many reasons why more and more people are no longer identifying themselves as Jehovah’s Witnesses, but surely the primary reason is that they have become disgusted with the leadership of the Watchtower.
Unfortunately, though, the worst is yet to come. With more and more fascist police state methods being imposed under the guise of saving lives from a biological weapon released on the world in advance of the intended financial crash and collapse of Western civilization, the Governing Body has treacherously joined the churches and states mandating inoculation with a vaccine that some doctors regard as a bioweapon. The rationale is that the organization must have unity. There cannot be vaccinated and unvaccinated standing shoulder-to-shoulder.
In reality, the Governing Body has conceived the most reckless, divisive scheme imaginable. They have created an inevitable schism so that if a person chooses not to take the experimental injections, which have already proven fatal to several tens of thousands, they are sure to be stigmatized by Watchtower loyalists as being disloyal to Jehovah. Those who claim to be the exclusive channel of divine truth and who are unreservedly trusted by millions of Jehovah’s Witnesses have essentially ordered every Christian to subject themselves to injections that will undoubtedly prove fatal to some and sicken many—all for the sake of unity!
The prophecy of Micah is most applicable. Speaking for the faithful few living when the actual, final harvest begins, the prophet says: “Woe to me! I am like one who, after the gathering of summer fruit and the gleaning following a grape harvest, finds no cluster of grapes to eat, no early fig that I crave. The loyal one has perished from the earth; among men there is no one upright. All of them lie in ambush for bloodshed. Each hunts his own brother with a dragnet.” — Micah 7:1-2
Jehovah’s Witnesses have been led to believe that once the good news is preached in all the world and the end comes they will be ushered into paradise. Instead, it will be as though when the harvest is concluded there is no fruitage to show for your labor. Instead, the conclusion will be marked by brothers betraying one another and hating one another, as Jesus foretold will occur. In fact, Jesus quoted from the seventh chapter of Micah, which says: “Do not put faith in your companion or trust a close friend. Guard what you say to the one who lies in your embrace. For a son despises his father, a daughter rises up against her mother, and a daughter-in-law is against her mother-in-law; a man’s enemies are the men of his household.” (7:5-6)
The stage is set for this dire scenario to unfold. Already, un-vaxxed JW’s are being marked. Likely there will be an outright ban imposed upon unvaccinated persons, preventing them from associating with those who receive the injections. They will be hunted down and punished for being disobedient to the exalted Eight who speak for God.
“Their hands are expert at doing what is bad; the prince is making demands, the judge asks for a reward, the prominent one makes known his desires, and they work it out together. Their best one is like thorns, their most upright one is worse than a thorn hedge. The day of your watchmen and of your reckoning will come. Now they will panic.” — Micah 7:3-4
Have not the princes of Bethel made their demands? Have not the prominent men made known their desires? They surely have. And the flock has gotten the message. To remain loyal to Jehovah everyone must receive the injections. Gerrit Lösch reprimanded JW’s for having strong viewpoints about taking the experimental medicine. He belittled “conspiracy websites,” claiming that Jehovah’s Witnesses are no part of the world even as he committed eight million trusting souls to the globalists’ depopulation conspiracy and the United Nations’ universal vaccination scheme. The men who are praised as the most righteous truly are comparable to a briar hedge.
The way this watchman sees it, the very fact that the Governing Body has hatched this evil, murderous scheme, surely means their day of reckoning is near.

Who knows at this rate. Disqus has had changes in the past where it caused a problem on Bitchute.com
