Omg. This is very horrible and very very sad! Poor brothers! It made me feel bad the sister that was crying because she did not want the vaccine. This is terrible and awful and outrageous! Jesus! :/ :'( horrible!

Honestly, I really don't think there's anything wrong with that. In fact I don't think there's really anything wrong with observing a birthday, the problem is the way's it's observed/celebrated which is steeped in paganism.

The Bible seems to agree with you:

Job 1:4
“And [Job’s] sons went and held a banquet at the house of each one on his own day; and they sent and invited their three sisters to eat and drink with them.”

I personally don't see any difference from celebrating an anniversary. That being said, I don't celebrate my birthday...it's too depressing.
