It is said the biggest trick/lie from the Devil is he's convinced some people he doesn't exist. He can't do that with Jehovah's Witnesses, but he very much has done the same thing. First of all, what does 1 John 5:19 say, ..."the whole world lies in the power of the wicked one." So the only relevant question any JW should ask himself is do they believe the bible? If so, do they believe that Satan is the ruler/god of this system? And finally, "what part of 'whole', do they not understand?"
We know the term "conspiracy theory" was invented by the CIA from declassified documents, so the term itself is a demonic lie, or as Revelation puts it, 'an inspired expression of demons." The term was invented after the CIA killed JFK! E. Howard Hunt, (the character of "Ethan Hunt" form Mission Impossible, is loosely based on E.Howard Hunt, who was one of the CIA agents arrest for the Watergate break in), E. Howard Hunt gave a death bed confession about his involvement in JFK's assassination, which was reported in the Rollin Stone magazine I think it was around 2010.
Any way, this idea that any nefarious involvement from the government is a "conspiracy theory", which the intent of the term is that it is a "pejorative."
What makes this possible however, is all linked to the 1914 delusion/deception/lie, from Satan the Devil, because the 1914 lie basically involves the idea that the world got as bad as it was going to get, therefore Jehovah installed Jesus on the thrown back then. This really is the source of JW's disbelief in the fact that the world is going to get much worse before Jesus authentic return. And the Covid lie and accompanying vaccine is all part of it.

the Granddaddy of ALL "conspiracy theories" is that Satan is the ruler of this world, and if you believe that, that is to say
if you actually believe the Bible, then YES, for an absolute FACT, there is "sinister and powerful groups secretly plotting" to wreak all kinds of havoc on this earth, and they are called, Satan and his Demons.!!!!!!!
It really gives brand new perspective to scriptures like the one where Jesus says "get away from me you workers of lawlessness, I never knew you."
And let's not forget in the article above, the Watchtower cannot give enough quotes from the very people they themselves have labeled the "8th King" and those closely associated with it. But then again, it seems to explain why they could join the UN as an NGO!!! They themselves have bought one of Satan's biggest lies, which is that it is a "conspiracy theory" that Satan's governments could ever do anything nefarious or sinister!!!
It really is history repeating itself. The GB are basically the Pharisees reincarnated so to speak and they are like Jesus said, "from their father the Devil."
