HERE'S WHAT HE WROTE:
"Greetings fellow PIMO's, POMO's and even lurking JW's (We know you are here and that's ok; you are doing nothing wrong and you should not feel guilty. Welcome!!!). I sincerely hope all who read or hear this message are doing well and striving to live their best lives.

After spending many years at World Headquarters (currently still here) and working in many different Bethel departments, I feel inclined to share some of my observations and insights, some of which may already be known and some which may not. So here they are:

  1. While it will never be stated on any monthly JW broadcast, never be conveyed on any morning worship program found on the JW Library app or said in any "Bethel" lecture made available to the rank and file online, the Governing Body is extremely paranoid and quite frankly exhausted dealing with all of the leaks and apostasy aimed at the Watch Tower organization.
They are actively taking steps to go on the offensive rather than having to constantly defend themselves in court. They even began a campaign of reaching out to local government officials in certain regions in hopes of politicking and garnering favor with the community.

They are also already in the process of training potential new, younger Governing Body members. There is much speculation around Bethel as to when/if these new men will be announced as new Governing Body members, but time will tell.

2) While the Bethel family is composed of some genuine and loving people who feel they are really supporting "Christ's brothers'', there is a high level of cognitive dissonance felt by many here at Bethel, specifically since the pandemic/lockdown began at Bethel in March 2020.

Many feel that the direction provided by the Governing Body has been over blown and quite frankly overkill. The Governing Body and Branch Committee will brag that we have experienced zero Covid related deaths in the US branches but will not truly acknowledge the hardships and struggles that have been felt by many at Bethel due to the restrictions placed on Bethelites since we went into lockdown.

Many individuals at Bethel struggle with mental health issues such as depression and even suicidal thoughts, which has been exaserbated by the restrictions placed on the Bethelites since the start of lockdown. This has led to all sorts of issues at Bethel such as drugs infiltrating the facilities, alcoholism, broken marital relationships and unfortunately even cases of domestic abuse between married couples, just to name a few. If the average rank and file member knew of the mental health crisis, as well as all the "worldly" shit that goes on at Bethel, they would be quite appalled.

3) Lastly, after spending many years here, meeting and associating with many high ranking men, sitting in on hundreds of meetings where decisions have been made that have affected people's lives, I can genuinely say that this is not an organization run by God. It is simply a billion dollar corporation no different than any other major corporation in existence today.

God, Jesus and the holy spirit are in no way involved in the decisions or direction given that affect millions of people's lives. It is simply a group of men sitting at a table acting on what they feel is right in the moment. Oftentimes the direction given is reactive. In many cases it is a small group of men who truly hold the power and control. Sure, there are some good things about Bethel. You meet and spend time with some genuinely good and honest people. But there is also the bad, and in some cases the ugly.

I don't know what the future holds but perhaps one day I will taste freedom and be able to tell my full story. Until then, if the opportunity presents itself I will continue to share insights and past experiences, if desired."

I can't imagine what goes into training new governing body members. If it were Jehovah's holy spirit guiding them, then I would imagine no training would be necessary. Not in the sense that we use the word. How do you back away from that? I guess you don't, so then my next question is: Do they even believe in Jehovah and Jesus any longer?
What do you mean it isn't spirit directed? I wonder about the source of this but I wouldn't be surprised if it is legit.

HERE'S WHAT HE WROTE:
Aloha Surfer Girl! Do you know this guy? Is he a trustworthy source or is this an artfully contrived story? His comments sure do fit and are consistent with the long and storied history of Bethel, just wanting to make sure he is legit. If what he says is true, I am sorry to hear the update about the mental illness going on resulting in domestic abuse, along with the drug and alcohol abuse amongst some of the Bethelites.

Aloha Medi-tator, 🏖️🏄‍♀️
I don't know him. Just saw it on Reddit.
I just wanted to copy and paste, and say where it was from - to see what everyone thought .
[ just personally speaking, I wouldn't know where or how to find out if anyone on this earth was speaking the truth]
- even if I did know him, and I thought he was being honest, still, would he be accurate?
I realize that might sound a bit jaded, but this system leaves me devoid of trust.
Still, I would be interested in your opinion of what he said.
And anyone else's viewpoint and/or observations. If you don't mind.
[sent you a message with the url]

Hi surfergirl
Thankyou for this Very interesting for sure. I hope there is some way of finding out if he is in fact legit Imagine if he is We would have an ‘insider’ We would know what the GB are up to Yes time will tell

Anyone could have written that.
That's true, lots of people say lots of things - and everyone says ' I'm the most knowledgeable, the smartest one ' - it brings to mind ' let God be found true, even if every man be found a liar'
- on the other hand we already know things are not going well for the gb.
I guess we'll know more details, down the line. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes, at any rate. I guess we all just want to see justice done, and true worship restored. It sure would be nice.

That says it all. Really sad.
The stage has been set for mass stumbling when the curtain is lifted.

I would like to see them get on their knees in the studio and repent, on camera. I'd like to believe that Jehovah can penetrate even their own hearts. I was listening to a pastor from a different religion yesterday. Sometimes I find some gems among them, but you have to navigate through their misbeliefs. He was speaking about Sodom and toward the end of his talk, he said that the hardest of hearts was not found in Sodom or the modern equivalent rather, in the people who have fallen away from God and the teachings of Jesus.
It's the kind of statement that sticks with me.

Truly sad but we are being sifted. Sad goes all the way back to Eden and there are mountains of bodies along the way. Maybe, just maybe this is why some are given an early eye opening so that some of those may be kept from falling all the way down the hill. Preaching to the world is expected but God sent the prophets to his own people, to save them. Somewhere in there is something I've been trying to sort out.

I think the gov bodies ivory tower is too high for any repentance.

Me too! - thanks for saying it! I wonder - if - Maybe we all have local ones, that Jehovah knows will reach out to him, even though they are crushed, - and we can help, even if it's just a very few. It sure would be nice.

I continue to be amazed at how clueless and faithless JWs are.
And this just hits the nail on the head.

How many times have they said: “Jehovah wouldn’t allow this or that.”

Jehovah allowed for the temple to be destroyed, twice.
Jehovah allowed Jesus to die in the most awful way. So why would he not allow anything to happen, just because it is Bethel or it’s spiritual food. HE ALLOWED HIS SON TO DIE! People should really wake up.

It is true when ones such as ourselves have gotten stumbled it is important to try to control the anger we feel. Yes our hearts do get hard. Maybe even unfeeling. That is when we need to allow Jehovah to soften us. Study his creation around us. Look at the animals he made see how tender and humble they are. How they exhibit qualities from their maker. Jehovah teaches us to calm down and trust him. It's good for us to become better than the things that stumble us. Let Jehovah meet out justice his way.
