I was reading the April 2023 Watchtower. It has a beautiful article (the third one), and it mentions the widow of Sarepta. While I was reading it, I started thinking... If Elijah represents the holy ones in the future and the widow of Sarepta fed him, I think that the widow represents the great crowd during the great tribulation and the last days. Just like she fed the prophet, the great crowd will help the brothers of Christ just like Jesus said they would do during the last days in Matthew 25. Besides, this taught me how the great crowd will perhaps feel without any help and lost and the brothers of Christ will help them and even protect them. Should we expect maybe a miracle from them? I don't know what to say about that, but maybe. Haha.
What I did think and it's something that we can be sure about and something that calmed me down because I've always wondered how the great crowd will be protected without having the mark of the beast is that Jehovah will never abandon us during those horrible times nor now. He will always show the way out. The great crowd will have the necessary to survive.
Furthermore, the fact that Elijah provided food shows how the great crowd will be fed spiritually during that time and it seems that they will be our protectors in some way and we will protect them too.
