Dogs

I use magnesium spray topical. I can tie my shoes again. I have to go now but I will catch up later

I can't tie my shoe, put my socks on, cut my toe nails the way I used to. I made a prototype long reach nail cutter out of the existing tech, out of steel. I don't do socks n laces. Already worked out how to make a gadget to put my socks on without bending down. Not built it yet. I take magnesium internally, but have gotten recommendations from Amandah Volmer on magnesium topical solution. One of these days I will get onto it.

Thank you . I will try to sort some out , and try .

You can make the stuff ( magnesium chloride ) yourself cheaper than you can buy it from others. However the epsom salts is cheap enough from the supermarket for a start to see if it helps? If it doesn't you might try the chloride flakes mixed with distilled water. Happy experimenting.

Her name is spelled Amandha. Yes she is the one I heard it from. Yumnaturals and yummy.doctor

Twice a day, is recommended on the labeling. Pills aren't nearly as effective. Since I started that and kefir and yogurt from raw milk, I have a lot more flexibility. I think it is because of the restroom the gut biome. This makes sense because when your gut muscles lose their ability to communicate with each other, you can't bend down. Dells communicate by means of nano tubes. If you know how fiber optics work, nano tubes workmthe same way. These nano tubes occur naturally. Bacteria builds them from carbon. There is an Awake! Article that discusses this "Carbon- The Wonder Element"

I have hip problems I just started taking CDS solution. Had it for couple years and Just decided to take it on a regular basis. I've known about DMSO,/ Magnesium mix for about the same time, red light therapy. Red light / Methelene blue combo. I've gotten anecdotes from people who use only DMSO to ease pain. The first they tried; it worked for them. I bought some it didn't work. I will try it mixed with magnesium. I'll try the mag with water first. see how that goes. No appreciable benefits from red & nir so far. See how that goes.
I'll keep on experimenting.

Dr. Tom Cowan says beef bone broth soup will help with joints. Cook it all day an it forms a gelatine. It has collagen

I do bone broth with lots of gelatin. Pig feet/head/skin are my favorite. I will try cow feet and tail one of theses days. I've been subscribed to Cowan, Kaufman, since 2019 and Sally F Morrell for 5 years via the W A Price Foundation. She is the President and when I banged into Tom I found out he was the Vice President of the foundation. Volmer, for 5 or 6 years now. I might look into their water thing and see what that is all about. I suppose if I looked seriously into any one of their offers I might be closer to optimum health by now. Anyway I can't complain. I can do a lot myself to be more flexible. Stretching can do wonders. It is not like I don't have a bank of knowledge to draw from. Just plodd along.

I never noticed until it was recently pointed out to me that dogs have five toes on their front paws but only four toes on their hind paws...

In other news... When we first got our dog I learned a powerful lesson about myself and people in general. I was walking the dog just a few days after we got it, when she refused to "heel " and did a sit down strike. Some of the neighbors thought this was funny and it was embarrassing, however I resisted the urge to drag her along by the leash.
The point being that people and particularly men in general feel like their ego is under attack in such a situation. I think that a huge problem with relationships is that people often view their partner as a status symbol and haven't mastered the art of loving.
Anyhow, it's one of my pet peeves whenever I see people dragging their dogs along...arghhh

Is this a dog? Whatever it is, I rescued it.

I think that is Wilber the RacCoon dog. Used to live at 131, Longreen Road, upstate NY. Bit of a reputation for riding the trains and digging around in bins. He turns up everywhere.

I sent him on his way. Put him on a Delta flight to LHR London Heathrow. Forgot the flight number but is arriving at terminal 3. He's your problem now. Gatwick would have been cheaper, but I just couldn't subject him to that. Animal cruelty.

I talked to him softly and told him I would get him out. He didn't seem scared. He even hung around for a while once on the ground looking at me before he scurried off. It was my dachshund that actually sniffed him out. Toby refused to leave the dumpster. Made me curious to look inside. All credit to Toby my wonder pup!
You sound like a very kind compassionate person.🥰 Thank you for saving him, he knows you helped him and so does our creator. P.s give Toby an extra treat tonight . 🙂
