I would like to try a Spanish recipe with almonds and raisins but not sweet potatoes, just flour. I don’t have a sour yeast at the moment - flour has gotten rather expensive here at present so I’m using dry yeast, though I do ferment it over night usually. I suppose we could run a competition to see who bakes the best bread to your recipe - with photos of course and see who makes the “holiest” bread of heaven!
 
Derbyshire/Cheshire/Staffordshire Oak Cakes - the size of a dinner plate. Heat the frying pan - very hot, put the mixture in the plan and it will flatten out like a pancake. I have lashings of butter, some cheese and tomatoes on top. For the rich a bit of bacon. I have them rather than bread. It's a poor man's foodfoodq☺

Preparo la traducción y te la paso. Marchando receta de pan sin gluten con almendra molida, semillas y levadura seca!! Yo utilizo psillyum, un aglutinante natural, la cáscara de la semilla, es maravilloso y con unas propiedades magníficas para los intestinos. Es fácil de conseguir y hay que usar poca cantidad, así que merece la pena tenerlo. Hace que la masa se una entre si por completo y no se deshaga una vez horneada. Otro necesario es el trigo sarraceno. Queda así de rico!!
