Oh okay, I see. I thought there was a ton of confirmations of Biblical truths brought out throughout the series, including the various evil gods/forces being worshipped by civilizations on every continent on earth, since ancient times, as evidenced by their child/human sacrifices, pharmakeian practices etc . ( the series includes the accounts of the canaanites worship involving child sacrifice for ex )I feel for certain people I know this could be too much information at once that could lead them off a cliff, destroying their faith in God altogether. I think people should definitely be made aware of these realities though.
If any viewer's of the series had roots in Christianity, esp jw's, I would think this material would strengthen, rather than weaken their faith in God? But maybe that depends on how real and how strong that faith is? Im not sure. As a Myer's Briggs type "INFJ" I think I have a "strong stomach" for stuff like this because, to me, proof of Evil forces/Satan being real is proof that the Force for Good/Jah God must also then be real as shown in the scriptures. And I personally need regular reminders/confirmation of that to keep my hope and faith alive. I think it might make some other types of people almost want to their pants maybe? ( I swear it might be an imbalance in their root chakra/meridian ..and....hence the 2020 t.p shortage! ...or maybe in part, because they are not yet fully "rooted in the truth", but will eventually get there )
I think jw's in particular might find, chapter 3 or 4 I think it is, esp interesting, as it shows the scope of what the American Red Cross and "the Blood Business" is really involved in, as far as what they do with blood donations they receive and how small the percentage of blood donations is that is for actual blood transfusions! The rest of the blood is used for soo many other very questionable products, pharmaceuticals, experiments, etc.
That was very eye opening for me. But ya, I agree that we def gotta know our audience well before recommending stuff like this to them.
As a side note, I think many churchgoers and witnesses have an imbalanced understanding of the scripture to not let certain "negative", disturbing, evil things "be even mentioned among you." It's true, we don't want to "glorify evil" or spend an unbalanced amount of time learning about it or speaking about it. On the other hand, we know it is no virtue to be ignorant of Satan's designs. It is a hindrance; potential hidden land mines for sure. And yet, we keep seeing people from all backgrounds, including "in the truth", only be comfortable talking about things of a temporal nature and substituting the scriptural, for what is actually simply theocratic/bureaucratic. Seems they prefer it that way..as evidenced by their "deer in the headlight" reactions to anything "not coming directly from The Boob" ( the teat being either the corporate media or jw org ). Its puzzling for me to observe so many in the org continue to express feeling "protected, grateful for and fed", without ever having actually weaned or moved on to "solid food belonging to mature people." Ugggghhh!!
p.s didn't mean to make my response so dang long..and a bit off topic..sorry!
