Hi Jahrule, Yes, I think that is reasonable. That both inside & outside the gates, there may be those who have been "chosen' that who may well be asleep presently. And that yes, clearly they would have to be brought together at some point. However clearly none have been anointed with holy spirit at this stage in a way that even remotely resembles the anointing of those recorded throughout scripture. Or that fulfils or mirrors the words originally spoken in Joel & then reapplied here in Acts Ch 2:14 -21Would it really be out of character for Jah to find people outside the city gates to start the ball rolling? Many of the chosen may in fact be sleeping presently. The question being, are their sins willful or out of ignorance. That'll be the determining factor. They will take center stage eventually, but they need to be set on that path after certain conditions are met. It's possible a group of anointed will emerge somehow apart from the Org, ether after it falls or right before it falls. How exactly they will find each other is your best guess. If I had to guess it'll probably be some kind of online community that may serve as an orientation point for the confused. Who knows? Jah will gather his people together in the perfect way. It might start off small, but it could grow drastically after a certain point -- along with all the heat that woud bring. We'll just have to wait and see.
14 But Peter stood up with the Eleven+ and spoke to them in a loud voice: “Men of Ju·deʹa and all you inhabitants of Jerusalem, let this be known to you and listen carefully to my words. 15 These people are, in fact, not drunk, as you suppose, for it is the third hour of the day.* 16 On the contrary, this is what was said through the prophet Joel: 17 ‘“And in the last days,” God says, “I will pour out some of my spirit on every sort of flesh, and your sons and your daughters will prophesy and your young men will see visions and your old men will dream dreams,+ 18 and even on my male slaves and on my female slaves I will pour out some of my spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.+ 19 And I will give wonders* in heaven above and signs on earth below—blood and fire and clouds of smoke. 20 The sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the great and illustrious day of Jehovah* comes. 21 And everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah* will be saved.”’+
