I try to use a rebounder every day for 20 minutes or so.
Don’t think there’s any healthier way to keep the lymphatic ,and by extension, the immune system in good shape, not to mention positive effect on bone density.
Not boring either.

We recently borrowed a Nintendo wii from my SIL. We played a dance game and a sport game and actually got a pretty good work out while having fun. I really enjoy the table tennis game, bowling, and disc golf (wii Resort sport game). Since the Nintendo Wii is now an outdated game system, my wife is urging me to purchase the updated version called a Nintendo switch. Does anyone own a Switch system? How do you like it? Do you get the same kind of work out playing it?

I have an elliptical machine and its very easy on the knees but still provides some workout for them. I was up to 20 minutes but since I got sick I’m having to play workups again to get back to 20 minutes, 5 X’s per week.
I’d love to have one of those but space is a premium in my small apt.

Tell me Jah-son, I’m curious as to how this game works? 🤔

I like to walk…swimming is also a favorite of mine. Use to practically live in the water but haven’t been in quite a while. Great exercise. Did you know they say when you swim you’re using every muscle in your body?
Jehovah does appear to have meant for us to swim our spines benefit so much from sufficient time in bodies of water there was an alternate theory of the evolutionists on man's development to the mainstream African savannah one called "aquatic ape theory"

Just dojo, treadmill and lifting heavy objects at work for now. I'm pretty well rounded main shortcomings are endurance and left leg/hip is not that flexible lungs capacity is pretty high so working more on the heart angle have to anyway for the black belt test run in the future. Strength wise I want to increase 20% so I can move around comfortably with more gear on me when shtf. Lately been weaning off of caffeine dependence consuming 75% less per week.

That's a tough one, ain't it. I quit for about 1.5 months some time ago. But I eventually failed and went back to the wretched brew. What is it about caffeine and humans? I've even known dogs that like it...I mean if their owners gave them a bit to drink. Winds them up and they are raring to get out the door for a walk...or to attack small children. :)

From what I’ve read about coffee from nutritionist it‘s not as bad as all that. I know that decaffeinated coffee is definitely not good.
I’m a coffee lover too and have read that Organic Coffee is the best go to coffee.
I don’t always buy it because you can’t find it everywhere. But did buy it a few times and personally I like it. ☕️

True dat G! Sorry, I'm trying to be hip and urban. :)

Anyway, what you say is true but I'm concerned about how addictive coffee is. I know some will scoff but if you're drinking a cup a morning, stop. Just stop and let's see what happens. That means everything with caffeine, tea, chocolate, mountain dew, etc, etc, etc. Give it a couple of days... Headaches? A feeling of lethargy? A feeling you can't concentrate? An extremely urgent need for just one cup of the sweet stuff? I guess if it's actually good for you an addiction isn't all bad, eh?

I'll buy organic when I can but it's a bit expensive. I love Starbucks' Sumatra blend and I don't normally like dark roast. Not much of a fan of Starbucks generally though.
