I weigh the same as last post but look five lbs lighter and speed/ease of movement at work is at level of times when 8lb lighter in the past so muscle has to be improving. I'm only exercising about two times a month more than last year so I think its more eating and drinking healthier. Joints, blood and heart are improving.
Glad to hear! I’ve had a low body fat, but losing a few pounds of water weight has helped me look and feel better, less eye bags, and my running speed is better. Sleep quality seems improved too. I suspect time restricted eating not only stabilized blood glucose but it probably has a similar effect on electrolytes, which I would say I’ve experienced some cognitive benefit from as well. Deprivation is very difficult, but in the right capacity it is quite rewarding.

My doctor has a spa clinic and I recently found out that they give injections of vitamins. I took a B12 shot and the immunity shot containing glutathione, zinc and vitamin C and wow, it gave some great energy that I am still enjoying a week later. Two weeks ago I started doing a 40 hour fast 3 times per week so that I can get my cholesterol reduced and to avoid meds. In another 2 1/2 months, I’ll get my blood work done to see how it compares.

No real improvements there was a week about a month ago where I fasted four times in the range of 20-24 hours. Foot got hurt sparring about a month ago only hurts when in a specific position but the foot has to go that way for a few drills and kusanku kata so that's probably delaying recovery. Replaced cookies from the bakery with little chiffon cakes but more a transitory step as I think I'll gradually replace those with watermelon. One thing I learned the past week is not to neglect protein as a blood type O there was a shift I was pretty out of it the last hour thought it was florida heat, dehydration or insufficient sleep 5.5 hours of sleep two nights in a row but when I got home felt all better after some fish and a protein shake didn't need a nap before dojo or anything. Experimented two days with keto fat bombs two weeks ago they were effective appetite suppressants and quite high in fiber. Main thing to report though is I'm suggesting people refrain from having their devices GPS active when not necessary ive noticed more severe radiation in hours when left on and remember some videos last year claiming the Havana syndrome is a product of hacking GPS systems and transmitting on their frequencies

Hey GP, I just finished a month and a half of keto. I can't begin to describe the benefits and the things I learned about my body/system. Highly recommended but don't go crazy. 1-2 months would be OK but careful after that.

Credits to Ms_ladyblue for supplying the video. It's a real eye opener.

Speaking of frequencies, since we are constantly bombarded with electrical interference, I’ve read that earthing or others call it grounding will help neutralize their negative impacts on our body.
Just sitting outside or walking on the grass in your bare feet can have a profound impact on one’s health.
The earths surface has a negative charge and when we come into bare skin contact with it, our body sucks up those negatively charged electrons and as a result will neutralize free radicals in the body.
Just a few benefits of this are lowered blood sugar, and cortisol goes down too.
Blood becomes more viscous and flows through the body effortlessly reducing the possibility of clotting and resultant heart attacks and strokes.
The parasympathetic system is s also balanced out resulting in a more relaxed state.
Heart rate variability is also greatly affected for the better.
An interesting fact is that around 1960, when plastics and rubbers began to be incorporated into our footwear and we lost a natural connection to earths surface, diseases started to skyrocket.
The best thing about it is it’s free.

Thank you for the tip/info about GPS. I didn't think mine was on, but it was. I've just turned it off. Were you measuring radiation levels with a Geiger counter or another way?

Just sensations. It's good to move around if detecting either irradiation or a signal can take some edge of as then the systems have to track you in real time for target acquisition instead of fixed stationary beaming. I can attest as well that stranger than fiction news is right that sometimes attacks come from underground might want to put shielding underneath furniture.
