Thanks. What's interesting is how a governing body of 2012 retroactively declared the anointed Bible Students taking the lead in 1914-19 is the faithful slave appointed by Christ and then transitioned that to equal the governing body. This is laughable! Think about it, those brothers from 1914-1919 are all DEAD and so they would NOT be on hand when Christ comes. If that's the case then why would Jesus appoint them to the faithful slave? Makes zero sense, but the brothers just closed their minds and said Amen to their new bishops
What the GB are really saying is the OFFICE of the governing body was appointed back in 1919 and that each successive member appointed to the GB is hand picked by Christ. It is a type of succession to the apostles, but by divine appointment.
So they really did return to the vomit that came out of the mouths of the bishops in the 3rd century
You know what is really interesting, "brother" Losch supposedly left the Catholic church because of the teaching of the Apostolic Succession.
He is the ring leader in the apostacy of the GB.

Losch - "When I visited the priest, he could not answer my questions, but he pulled from his shelf a book on Catholic doctrine that dealt with apostolic succession. I took it home, as he suggested, read it, and returned with more questions. Finally the priest, not being able to answer my questions, said: “I cannot convince you, and you cannot convince me. . . . I wish you the best!” He did not want to have any more discussions with me."
When I questioned my elders and the governing body about this change in the faithful slave repeatedly 9+ years ago, guess what they ended up telling me a few years later -
'We will not here you any more on this matter'. And yes, I was disfellowshipped for my pursuit of answers on this subject and for accusing the GB of promoting a sect.
It was a purge, plain and simple.
