Sad to say but it is probably wise for all to give consideration to the increasingly volatile state of current affairs and resolve in our own mind what our coping strategy might be. I do not for one minute think that the bible is overstating what the future holds, even though its language is a sort of graphical poetry of destruction. To write it in plain language would inevitably defy or negate the need for faith in prophesy, but nonetheless it will pay dividends in strengthening our faith to think in terms of trust in Jehovah for deliverance. Getting our oil ready, though so simply put, is an understatement primed with deep introspection into our values in faith and in preparing just how far we are willing to pursue the likely or inevitable outcomes of that course of action on both sides of the coin. It’s difficult to split hairs between faith and preparation because they depend on each other. We will not escape trauma beyond our imagining and therefore our dependancy on faith must by definition, be total.So sad. I doubt it was simply the angels taking a break. IMHO it may have been at Jehovah's or Jesus' order to hold back on the spiritual protection. There will be no denial for many if this happens at an assembly or a convention.
I was being facetious. The angels don't do anything on their own. They are servants of Jehovah.

I find it difficult that Jehovah would suspend any protection for an unborn child. I do not pretend to be as informed as others here on matters spiritual. Tragic though it is, this incident pales compared to what goes on daily in this world and even less so on what is to come. It is a conflict of mind in reconciling what is to come with the personification of love. The world has normalised traumatic events and eradicated justice. I suppose there is no other way than to wipe this system from the face of the earth.

I am the same way. The reason I ask is because I have been emailing my X husband who is an elder and I just found out thru my son that he has now blocked me....so I thought you had found away to get around that. So now I send my info in the mail.

Yeah. That must had been horrific. I read this and it was horrible to me, truly horrible and traumatic. :/ :'( I still can't get over it.
Well it's a shame how far most have strayed. They are blind without real Faith and fall deaf to listening to any sense. Their own lack of faith and complete contempt for any reproof is evident. Come Lord Jesus the harvest is ripe and the weeds are ready to be uprooted and tossed into the fire
