What do you wish to do in paradise?

I want to switch things a bit. I want to think of the glorious future that awaits us if we endure and are faithful. I'd be lying if I said I'm not scared. I hope I can be bold when necessary, and be on the right side. But that's off topic.

Let me start. The top marathon runner can sustain speeds of 20km/hr(~12 mile/h) for over 2 hours, the entire 42km distance. The fastest sprinter can reach top speeds of almost 45km/h(27 mile/h) at peak. While they are at the absolute pristine conditions of everything, they are still descendants of Adam. Our revived body when put under constant training may be able to replicate that or even better for lots of people.

-I would love to run to my hearts content, because it's when I feel truly free. The feeling of surroundings pass by, all by your energy, it's amazing. I used to be able to run at near full speeds for 500 meters. Now I am older and it's harder, even though I'm still not old. Jog for few hours, rest for few, and explore the Earth that way. I will be able to sleep anywhere for rest, even at night because we'll be able to completely trust every human, and there will be no harm done to you, because that's what Jehovah promises.

Till the day you can let your young daughters go free at any time without worries that they will be hurt.

-I can't fly, so I'd like to have birds as companions. Soar like I can't. See the fastest bird soar through the sky. Have a flock of hummingbirds at my beck and call.
-Actually I love technology. I'd love to be able to continue(electronic design) and use it in every way as a force for good, as it's meant to be. No more DARPA "two sides" nonsense.

I'm a big time animal lover so I'd love to be able to communicate with all the different animal species and sea life.
I also love music so I'd love to be able to master playing this guitar of mine without having everyone leave the room including my dog!
I also just want to live in peace in a beautiful paradise without worrying about everything all the time. Simple requests. 😊 Nice post brother.

Just keep in mind that paradise has to be built. It will likely take hundreds of years. Just clearing away the debris and wreckage of this system will probably take decades. Then comes the renovation of the earth, getting rid of the tons of chemicals that have been spewed everywhere. Then lots of building, logging, quarrying, and learning how to make things.

My thoughts exactly. Before Adam and Eve were created Jehovah had already created everything on the earth including the Garden of Eden.
Also I can’t imagine while cleaning up debri and dead carcasses etc. while the resurrection is taking place???

I know this has always been a jw teaching but I've never seen a scripture supporting this.

I have been watching some vet programs recently, and I am quite surprised at the amount of conditions and diseases that animals can suffer from. Especially farm animals can have a rough time even during what is quite natural, like giving birth to their young. I'm not sure to what extent animals will be free of such things in paradise, but I am looking forward to seeing animals healthy and well and not getting sick. I can't see us being trained as vets and administering medicines and other treatments to animals as it would be a sad situation to have to deal with. There is no record of Adam having to deal with sick animals, at least while he was in the G of E.

Gog's crowd numerous as it is will after the birds have eaten their flesh Rev19:21 will by those survivors passing by be obliged to build beside it a marker until those who do the burying will have buried it in the Valley of Gog's crowd. Eze 39:15

The inhabitants of the cities of Israel will go out and make fires with the weapons—the bucklers and shields, the bows and arrows, the war clubs* and lances. And they will use them to light fires for seven years. They will not need to take wood from the field or gather firewood from the forests because they will use the weapons to light fires. They will take spoil from those who despoiled them and plunder from those who had been plundering them,’ declares the Sovereign Lord Jehovah. “‘On that day I will give Gog a burial place there in Israel, in the valley of those who travel east of the sea, and it will block the path of those passing through. That is where they will bury Gog and all his hordes, and they will call it the Valley of Hamon-Gog. The house of Israel will spend seven months burying them in order to cleanse the land. All the people of the land will work at burying them, and this will bring them fame in the day that I glorify myself,’ declares the Sovereign Lord Jehovah. “‘Men will be assigned to pass through the land constantly and bury the bodies left remaining on the surface of the earth, in order to cleanse it. I think they’re a lot of sick animals today because the environment being ‘sick‘ or polluted with all these contaminants. Also animals being vaccinated with who knows what kinds of ‘poisons,’ not much different from how they vaccinate people.
Just think big Pharma makes even more money off sick animals as they know how much people love their animals and would do anything for them.

What more could anyone want. These are the same things I long for in paradise. Additionally, to be able to use your brain to full capacity and be able to study all the marvels of Jehovah’s creation. And be 100% healthy.
