I had read this before but I just re-read the whole article series. It doesn't strike me as having any bias towards the UN agenda, more like reportage about what the people affiliated had to say (they promoted their own things, mostly positive obviously). At the end of the series there is an article (I recommend reading) that gives a nice counterbalance, explaining how only Jehovah's Kingdom will succeed in all those things. Granted, their use of language is very sneaky, because they focus on words like
educational programs, world gov't and such instead of
bible study and
God's Kingdom. A few JW that I had talked about this think that the whole matter is blown way out of proportions or say "yeah but it opened the way for us to use them to help brothers around the world, sending humanitarian aid", as was the case in Yugoslavia during the war in the 90's. I on the other hand think that there were other ways, but that would've meant great danger for those involved. And most organizations involved were connected to the UN in some capacity anyway. In any case, since they have named the UN as the scarlet beast and then involved themselves with it, to me that is prostitution...
