At the end of the video Lett, says this, "Jehovah has dignified us, he allows each brother the freedom, to choose whether or not, he will wear a beard." It is truly stunning the complete lack of self awareness. The decision was already made thousands of years ago. Yet they are so used to "going beyond what is written," it doesn't even occur to them that they are in the wrong. And that is why I say over and over again that they are incredibly arrogant and it is also why they will never apologize...it doesn't occur to them, that Jehovah never changes and yesterday and every day before that, "Jehovah...allows each brother the freedom, to choose whether or not he will wear a beard." And that they had/have nothing to do with it. Just think of how arrogant you have to be to think you actually have this authority over the brotherhood. It is implied also, when he says this, that this "change" is new. That only now Jehovah is allowing beards. They are disgusting.

and they just now, after all these years of persecuting men that wanted to wear a beard, they have come to the conclusion that the early Christian community didn't make rules against men wearing Beards ?
Somehow they missed the facts that the Bible was written by 40 very bearded men, Christianity was started by a bearded man ,
and the Watchtower Organization was started by a bearded man .
No - what this is all about is, people are leaving in droves, after years of feeling beaten down by an authoritarian, legalistic bunch of Pharisees, while at the same time for years they are telling everyone ; we don't go beyond what is written, we don't Lord it over the flock , you have the freedom of choice in matters of conscience.
Well people aren't buying that load of crap anymore.
