Did you actually truly read my post?
Wow, you really are a jerk. LOL. Turns out I did read your post, and your break down was the most liberally interpreted interpretation of all time! But that's OK, you can still be my Padawan! Jack...and donkey! That's you buddy! LOL...I still love you!

Solomon asked for wisdom. That was a good one. Of course, the same knowledge that makes a smart man wise could just as easily turn a wise man into a fool. But that's a long story. The question is, if God granted you the same kind of offer, what would you ask for? I'm sure if Jehovah did anything like this for everyone there would have to be some limits on what you could ask for.

For the purposes of this discussion we'll keep it simple. You can't ask to be God or for god like powers, you cannot affect the free will of others, you can't harm anyone, or raise the dead. Besides Jehovah and Jesus have that last thing covered anyway. As for me, I would want to fly like superman but I don't know if that counts as god like powers so if that wouldn't work, I'd ask for a superior intellect geared towards math. Then I could use it to be a better engineer in the new world. I can imagine running through a field ripping numbers apart with my bare hands like Samson with a PhD in physics. Only less graphic and much more difficult to represent visually.
You guys are really weird! Wonderful, but weird. You all want to do something with your lives and to create. I share many aspects of what I read here, such as music and building my own home - I would like a hobbit home for some unfathomable reason. But in truth, I just want to understand life, the wisdom of the creator, and my prayer is to see the beginning of the end, if not the end of this world, and that if I survive it all, to wander the earth, to have the companionship of animals that are un-afraid of me and to commune with nature - not the hippy type of being ecological, but to understand creation, construction, the system of the chain of life that involves us all, from the single-cell creature to ourselves, from the atom, right through to the five senses (maybe even more) that govern our lives. I don’t claim any insight or higher thinking, just seek an understanding - to commune with the Grand Creator on the genesis of his creation. Time will fade, its relevance to our life, diminish, the mundane needs we have will no longer be a priority, I feel that the elements of nature may well become open to us to use, rather than plunder and the living needs we have, provided for by nature in a collective harmony that we can only dream of at this time - yet the evidence is there if we look for it. I feel, more than anything, that I would like to know what ‘normal’ is.

I'm definitely down with the space travel possibility. That part of the reason I'd focus a lot on math.
Genesis 11:6 From The NIV Translation: "The LORD said, "If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them."

They were much closer to perfection then, than we are today. Yet, as far as we are from perfection, look at all that humankind has accomplished in the past 100 years alone. There will be space travel and technology. I honestly believe that.

I think I would ask for as high a level of teaching abilty as an imperfect human is allowed to possess in this system. By teaching ability, I mean the ability to reach both minds and hearts, and communicate and explain simple + complex truths exceptionally well with all types of people...like the way that Jesus taught and spoke to people that both drew children and the meek ones to him, yet silenced the pharisaic ones/ his enemies...mic drop style 🤗 😄

I might sound a little demanding, but... I want it all. I want to experience the harmonious existence that Jehovah intended for all his creation... to find out what true freedom is, to feel at peace with the past, present and future and every living thing. To really experience life, not just surviving like I'm doing here. I yearn to swim with the ocean creatures, soar with the birds, climb with the mountain goats. I want to understand the complete and true history of everything. I want to understand all aspects of creation and how to live in harmony with it... water, plants, energy, etc.

I want to help HEAL the billions of humans who have suffered and are receiving a fresh start, help them understand. My heart yearns to help them spiritually, emotionally, physically, however I am able, to see them recover all they lost, to thrive and find happiness. And (don't laugh) perhaps the thing I desire most is to be an interdimensional being. You know... human when I choose, spirit when I choose. (Is that asking too much?? lol, I know it's not up to me... but a girl can dream.) I have never wanted a house, a plot of land or physical things. I have that now... and it's suffocating, confining.

I just want to go everywhere. I mean everywhere. Outer space, other dimensions, whatever is out there. Endless exploration and limitless understanding. (Too many sci-fi movies?) And as if that weren't enough, I have one other odd request that all the pets I have ever loved and lost would get their lives back and be able to live in happiness forever. I miss them so much! Jehovah has the power and it is written, "You are opening your hand and satisfying the desire of every living thing.” Ps. 145:15, 16. Dream big!

That is something I would like to experience as well, - the expanse of space. What does it expand in to? Folding space is a theory that may become reality. I know one thing though, and that is that first, I want to go back to Eden.

I worked for a brother decades ago who wanted to travel space. I think mostly it was a pipe dream but he spoke like he was serious. There is a lot of black space out there and it takes time to get there, for us. I won't say it isn't possible because I just don't know what God has planned beside what we already know. What if God could make or allow you to see planets and what not up close and personal without traveling there? Many of the most interesting things to look at out there are inhospitable to humans.

You’re right Bill - “mankind has not seen or heard of the things I have prepared for those that love me.” (So my memory tells me!). When I think of that scripture it tells me that speculation is probably a waste of our time, limited as it is to our earthly knowledge of the last hundred years. Many have said on this site that they feel our ancestors were aware of a lot more science in many areas than we are today, though what they knew, they applied more simply. You must know of the “Baghdad battery” - surely? As for me, I am interested in science to a degree, though I am ‘mathematically illiterate’ as I term my stasis in numbers, but biology - I sure hope that we will see the return of the creatures of old. I have not even seen a fox of late, all the birds have gone, only two sparrows came back to our garden this year, I have not even seen a crow. The sky is empty.

I love crows. Probably my favorite bird. They're super smart.

crows are super cool. They have “funerals”’for their fallen brethren. IOW they gather into their murders and observe moments of silence for their fallen. They also utilize tools which is very unusual in the animal world.

Once my daughter and i walked under a murder of crows, one of them pooped on her head. We had to go home so she could take a shower. I said- don’t worry- it’s a crow honor.

speaking of murder- i was watching a video of these Japanese bee keepers- they were having a terrible time defending their bees from murder hornets so they brought these glassy looking pieces of cardboard- the glassy stuff was super sticky gooey glue- once a murder hornet lands on it, game over for him. he’ll try to sting it which emits pheromones and attracts more murder hornets -rinse repeat. pretty soon the bee guy had captured over 20 of them- buzzing away like a old school alarm clock slowly running out of battery- stuck forever on that gooey glue stuff. Commenters were like ohh, that’s so cruel. For me- i felt like this weird satisfaction watching one buzz over the other stuck ones, curiously, and finally land. Gotcha mofo. Those things have a tooth. A FREAKIN TOOTH!!!! and look at this stinger:

When I was a boy in Arkansas, my dad had me and brother go up to our neighbor’s crop field. Too big to call a garden. He shared corn, beans and melon with us so dad wanted us to try to deal with the crows eating the corn. They saw us before we even got close. Evidently they already knew what shotguns looked like.
