Happiness and inside of that in some way peace... I need that so much... :/ :'( I have really horrible moments sometimes... :' ( :/ :'(

I think I would agree. Most of us want happiness and peace…but for now there’s not too much happiness or peace to find now especially. I find that when I thought I found even a little happiness that helped me to overcome my fears it quickly disappeared and was gone! That’s because natural affection is slowly eroding and we are going to find it harder to find any happiness or peace as long as we are living under the control of Satan’s system.

I don’t mean to be discouraging, really.…I just try to look at the situation realistically. I hope that your horrible moments won’t overcome you. That almost happened to me too…but when, as I said earlier, the little happiness that came along helped me to get over my ‘horrible moments’ especially when, unexpectedly, I was told to go seek help elsewhere. I’m not bitter, I am hurt but I guess I’ll get over it...So now, are you ok?

Try to be strong, we’re all in this together. We are all here for anyone who wants to reach out.

But we know only Jehovah can bring about conditions where we’ll be able to be happy and have peace.

No, I'm not ok. I just wanna die sometimes or dissappear for real. I feel so anguished now... I feel very sad, hurt and angry. And it makes me feel angry to feel angry because I don't wanna feel that anger anymore. It truly anguishes me. But I don't wanna deny myself either. I don't know if you understand me. But I don't feel ok. I feel pretty bad... :/ :'(

Is there anyone or anything that triggers the sadness, hurt and anger?

I know some people can feel these emotions and don’t even know why. But I don’t think that’s the case with you.

There’s so many different reasons. These feelings can be brought on by stressful life events such as the loss of a loved one, problems on the job or at home, medical illnesses, or a problem with a relationship.

I’m not a psychologist or anything but I have had plenty of different emotions going on for various reasons as well as many people I’ve known and discussed these things with.

Many of us on this forum are experiencing different kinds of emotions for various reasons. But one that stands out the most is how we’ve been betrayed by the organization. Maybe some of us more hurt and angry- depressed than others.

It’s really not a good thing to get to the place you are at right now. So if you need to talk to someone about what’s going on maybe that would help. You said you don’t feel ok…is that physical?

The feelings described appear to reflect an overall despair, the construction of which stems from a multiplicity of unresolved/unresolvable issues in one’s life, thus leaving the one suffering unable to find a way out. The outcome can go one of two ways generally speaking, the better choice of course, being to ‘carry on’. The primary step to recovery is to accept the feelings experienced - that they are there. The second, and the most beneficial building block to recovery, is to accept those feelings and understand that the best thing to do, when you do not know what to do, is to do nothing. Contemplation is a panacea often overlooked, but nonetheless is a gem of incalculable worth when applied to understanding of one’s self and priorities. Generally, when one sifts sand through the hand, the pebbles rise to the surface and are discovered. Contemplation, free thought, searching the mind, touching the reality of one’s sense of existence, does indeed clarify the mind. Women are more adept than men in such processes, aided more easily by tears and the lift that such give to relief within the mind.
It always seems a glib and trite reply to the one doing the suffering, (usually because of culture) but the acceptance and trust that there is a creator and appealing for help at the time of despair acts as the perfect therapist, because it provides the source of reasoning, a listener, to whom the soul can be exposed to without recrimination. This allows for analytical and ordered reasoning on the cause of the despair and a reason to wait on repair. The fact that there is indeed a listener, comes as a slow but genuine realisation. It is a wonderful comfort. In the end analysis of life, and at the end of a complete inspection of one’s self, there comes to light the fact that the human brain is inextricably linked to its creator. It comes to all at some point, but is far better when accepted and applied beforehand. The effect is remarkable and gives reason to living and in awaiting the day of revelation.

Oh, believe me, I know that feeling.

But since you’ve chosen to express yourself on this forum, what do you think it would take to bring you some relief?
I’m just asking….
