I'm not promoting gun violence as a way out of this mess in any way, but I bet plenty of Americans are seriously contemplating the sentiments of this song.
This song is very comforting @Dorothea …simply beautiful!I've been collecting songs that I find particularly comforting, so I have a few.
Very nicehard not to weep listening to this
I remember seeing this movie when it first came out. It was a very funny movie!A personal favorite of Mine.
Oh the times in life we've done things we regret. Burning bridges. But there is an underling theme of sadness and regret, hopefully compelling us to stick with our Lord and his Father. He will forgive if we humble ourselves under his mighty hand. 1 Pet 5:6
It was used as the theme song for a movie called Kelly's heroes. Amusing movie about a terrible time in history but this time the "little people" win. WOOF WOOF!
Thanks for posting this humorous but at the same time sad song. This song is a bit amateurish and yet compellingly humorous.

The part when they were showing so many people lining up to get the jab reminded me of what I saw here. Early last year, behind our small town mall there were hundreds of people lined up in their cars one behind the other going to get their jab. There were tents set up and the military were there too. Thanks for posting this humorous but at the same time sad song.
I got a little choked up listening to it.
