Protect Yourself From Misinformation

"What table can we trust? The table surrounded by our future Kings, The Governing Body". 🤢 🤮

Is this not blasphemy? Or at the very least, Idolatry? I felt as nauseous hearing this as when I heard the 'update' saying that 99% of Bethelites have taken the Jab. I don't know how these men can put out such rancid food as this and still believe they have Jehovah's spirit. Why and how is it, that WE, the R&F must exhibit humility, but the GB do not?

well the R & F have no humility. The organization as a whole has no humility, none. So the governing body will never lie or deceive us, ok so just one example. The generation of 1914 not passing away was incorrect. Weve now moved on to overlapping generations. So the whole1914 generation prophecy was not a lie or a deception. Then what was it? O ok thats right they are imperfect and sometimes they get it wrong, no apologies. Well they claim to have a special exclusive channel to Jehovah that no one else can attain. The only reasonable answer would be when they say things that are incorrect or change a prophecy once held as truth, what happened? because its clearly not there fault at all and they have imperfection to fall back on and then we hear this pronouncement of truth as they never lie and they never deceive. So its all Jehovhas fault.

It's like the more they get away with, the more they TRY and get away with.. blasphemy is a very apt description..

Remember Jesus’s words:

“Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to his disciples, saying: 2 “The scribes and the Pharisees have seated themselves in the seat of Moses. 3 Therefore all the things they tell YOU, do and observe, but do not do according to their deeds, for they say but do not perform. 4 They bind up heavy loads and put them upon the shoulders of men, but they themselves are not willing to budge them with their finger.” —Matthew 23:1-4

Nah, Bro Breaux surely can’t believe what he is saying. He is just wanting to keep his job. A classic case of the human proboscis encountering the color brown. Anyway the tables will turn on the WT society soon. The Breaux tableaux will never materialize.

After listening to the video if you take out the reference to the GB, then I’d have to agree with it. Anything that cancels out God’s word is a lie and recognizing that is the way to protect yourself from lies. They really condemn themselves with their own words and they twist the principles found in God’s word to exert power and influence over of the brothers and sisters, not to mention the money squeezed out of them. However, Jesus recognized that the Jewish people in his day were like sheep skinned and thrown about. Think about that. If you have any knowledge of animals and how they react to abuse, it is often a violent reaction and it makes it more difficult to help the animal. I think we should not accuse the brothers and sisters who may actually be misled and skinned and thrown about. I don’t think lumping all of Jehovah’s people into a category using a derogatory term is helpful. The goal is for them to see their error and repent and be restored to worshipping in spirit and truth. But it is Jehovah who will actually bring them to their senses even if it is through terror.

Ive been in the organization my whole life. My folks who are in there eighties have been faithful servants. Between the three of us we couldnt come up with one name of R & F witness who has humility. None. One of the definitions of humility is the feeling or attitude that you have no special importance that makes you better than others; lack of pride. This definition doesnt fit into the description of any witnesses we know. What derogatory term did i use? By saying the whole bunch of them lack humility thats a derogatory term? Your entitled to your opinion i guess based on your experience within and im entitled to my opinion based on my experience and believe me i have alot of experience dealing with the brothers and sisters lacking humility

Classifying everyone of the brothers as lacking humility is like the Pharisees contemptuously declaring the people 'Am ha-' a'rets. I understand from your post history that you've been treated horribly within the organization, but blanket judgments like this are what Satan wants, not Jehovah.

First, I want to address my wording because you are correct that I didn’t write my response in an accurate way. It isn’t a derogatory term but it is a slam to cast them in bad light. While it is true there are too many who appear to lack humility, how could I possibly know for sure if a person’s reactions are due to a lack of humility or due to misplaced loyalty or some other quirk that may have developed based on what happened to them in their lives. Some people have terrible things happen to them and no doubt that can shape the person they become. I just think we can guess but it is really Jehovah who knows someone‘s motivation regarding a lack of humility or some other issue.

Second, I want to address that what happened to you and your family is inexcusable and I honestly don’t know how I would react to what you have had to endure. It should never have happened. But we must cling to truth and take care not to slander others. I have watched so many videos of abused animals brought back to health, both physically and emotionally and because of that I think I appreciate Jesus’ words about people being skinned, thrown about with no true shepherd to lovingly guide them. The recovery takes time and patience and they don’t ever prejudge and think the animal is irrideemable. I think we should look at the R & F in the same light and that’s because I think Jehovah and Jesus view them the same way. They are in a pitiable state but I hope most can recover from any issue they have. Isn’t that what you want too? Don’t you want them to correct course? Why would they do that if all they feel from others is condemnation. That isn’t to say they shouldn’t be corrected but isn’t it wisdom to allow the scriptures to do the correcting and not just lump them all into one pot with a label that is unflattering? I actually know some very humble brothers and sisters. I do recognize that we all have different experiences but haven’t every one of us had to correct a wrong course at one time or another? Ask yourself, what makes it easier to recognize your error, when someone is mean and cruel and assumes the worst about you or someone who says “there is a better way for you and I want you to have a better outcome and God’s word can guide us on how to do that”?

I think this is why there are so many “EX-JW” sites springing up now. I’ve peeked in on a few-but don’t stay long because they seem like hurt animals that are lashing out. In a way, I don’t blame them. But they are blaming Jehovah for the sins of men and I never want to fall into the same trap. 😔

EX-JW sites are pretty much filled with vitriol. This site is not immune from it either IMHO. So many are skinned and thrown about like sheep without a shepherd. We need to rejoice that we've been awakened and know the truth about what the future holds vs dwelling on our past bad treatment. We need to move on and be a source of encouragement to lost sheep. The future is bright and we're nearly there!

well first my families experiences with the organization certainly turned into a train wreck and some other unfortunate families. I dont hold or harbor any ill will or bad feelings towards anyone in the organization, even the pedophiles. I had to let go of all that anger years ago so i could move forward with my life. Ive even suggested to several elders that if Jehovah wanted to grant life to these pedophiles then so be it. We all live in this world and are influenced and corrupted to a certain extent. What humility existed in the organization vanished when the vaccines came about. I witnessed brothers and sisters treating each other with cruelty over being un vaccinated. Telling someone they have no humility isnt slander. Its just my observation of many years in the organization. Again thats my opinion. I would agree they are in a pitiable state and i guess my heart would be compelled to help them in anyway i could. I would want Jehovah to have mercy on me so i would extend that to others, including the sexual predators if thats Jehovahs will. To answer your question ive had plenty of people be mean and cruel and assume the worst about me. I recently had an elder that was pretty cruel and blamed me for my mom and dad not attending meetings and i dont mind that. I just responded in kindness to him. I have thick skin so cruelty and meanness doesnt bother me like it would someone else. If someone where to say “there is a better way for you and I want you to have a better outcome and God’s word can guide us on how to do that”?, i would appreciate that response however ive never had that kind of response from anyone in the organization. Sounds nice though.

I do agree with these ex-jw sites. Alot of angry people. i found Brother Kings website and it renewed my interest in learning about Jehovah. Gotta hand it to Brother King. Over 20 years and still going strong.

IM sure there is some humility in the organization with some of the brothers and sisters. Im probably like a farmer that has an entire barrel of rotten apples and he throws the whole barrel to trash. Im sure there were a few good apples in the barrel, there always is.
