Do you have a link to the long version?
I used the e-sword LT app and downloaded all the volumes of the Ante-Nicene Fathers book. It’s free though there are other books to download that must be paid. It also have many translations of the Bible there for free.

You will be surprised at the difference of the two. I’ve checked again the first chapter of his epistle to the Ephesians, and already saw the corruption in the first chapter.
It has both the shorter and longer version. It may be better and easier to compare it in a computer than through a phone as you will see.

Here is what St. Justin Martyr says (Dialogue with Trypho ch. 73) about the alleged removal of the words "from the wood":
Justin: And from the ninety-fifth (ninety-sixth) Psalm they have taken away this short saying of the words of David: 'From the wood.' For when the passage said, 'Tell among the nations, the Lord has reigned from the wood,' they have left, 'Tell among the nations, the Lord has reigned.' Now no one of your people has ever been said to have reigned as God and Lord among the nations, with the exception of Him only who was crucified, of whom also the Holy Spirit affirms in the same Psalm that He was raised again, and freed from [the grave], declaring that there is none like Him among the gods of the nations: for they are idols of demons. But I shall repeat the whole Psalm to you, that you may perceive what has been said. It is thus: 'Sing unto the Lord a new song; sing unto the Lord, all the earth. Sing unto the Lord, and bless His name; show forth His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all people. For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised: He is to be feared above all the gods. For all the gods of the nations are demons but the Lord made the heavens. Confession and beauty are in His presence; holiness and magnificence are in His sanctuary. Bring to the Lord, O you countries of the nations, bring to the Lord glory and honour, bring to the Lord glory in His name. Take sacrifices, and go into His courts; worship the Lord in His holy temple. Let the whole earth be moved before Him: tell among the nations, the Lord has reigned. For He has established the world, which shall not be moved; He shall judge the nations with equity. Let the heavens rejoice, and the earth be glad; let the sea and its fullness shake. Let the fields and all therein be joyful. Let all the trees of the wood be glad before the Lord: for He comes, for He comes to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with His truth.'

Trypho: Whether [or not] the rulers of the people have erased any portion of the Scriptures, as you affirm, God knows; but it seems incredible.

Justin: Assuredly, it does seem incredible. For it is more horrible than the calf which they made, when satisfied with manna on the earth; or than the sacrifice of children to demons; or than the slaying of the prophets. But you appear to me not to have heard the Scriptures which I said they had stolen away. For such as have been quoted are more than enough to prove the points in dispute, besides those which are retained by us, and shall yet be brought forward.

I’m reading right now chapter 17-35 which speaks about the circumcision. He expanded well the example aside from Abraham.

“For if it were necessary, as you suppose, God would not have made Adam uncircumcised would not have had respect to the gifts of Abel when, being uncircumcised, he offered sacrifice and would not have been pleased with the uncircumcision of Enoch, who was not found, because God had translated him. Lot, being uncircumcised, was saved from Sodom, the angels themselves and the Lord sending him out. Noah was the beginning of our race; yet, uncircumcised, along with his children he went into the ark.”-Ante-Nicene Fathers Volume 1, Dialogue with Trypho Chapter 19

Christianity eventually destroyed Rome: Even though they (Romans) inculcated their saturnalia into Christian festivals there was more return to following Christ than all the deities and cults demanded by Rome. Now Empire knows this and has done everything to take away the divinity of Christ and replace it with the state! It's multi gendered state that Putin and Xi openly despise. I truly feel these ones are the vengence upon the arrogance of the West! That's why Zion will greet and help a great crowd!
They are still dismantling JFK's work: The 4 Califorinian Dams recently destroyed to bring deserts and rivers back to their originality were the instigation of JFK. 1Hr 10 min
It shows what just a little bit of loving statecraft can achieve. No wonder it had to be stopped!

I read last night that my second favorite Bible scholar Michael Heiser died about two weeks ago I'm hoping Barker persist long enough to finish her last book that's near finished as she's almost two decades older than he was.

I just finished reading the Greek Scriptures again. Probably continue with the prophets Isaiah, Jeremiah, Daniel, etc... I should review the Hebrew Scriptures, but some parts are difficult for me to assimilate. Especially those parts that have to do with animal sacrifices, I suffer a lot with it. Nor is it easy for me to read certain violent events in the history of Israel, too much bloodshed.

On the other hand, I am currently reading about a treatment for many diseases called CDS (Chlorine Dioxide). The experiences on its use are very positive. In countries like Bolivia, it has come to save many lives affected by Covid and also by the vaccine. There are also many experiences of the cure of many diseases, including cancer. I wonder how many treatments have been kept hidden by the elite, preventing the cure of many diseases.
I’ve just come off 18 days of cds. Really helped With prostitus!!! Tastes shocking tho

It is wonderful the variety of subjects you all are reading. It is good to learn and grow intellectually etc., being able to have great conversations with others.

In my younger days I loved self help books. Now as someone one stated about their PEA BRAIN
my shrinking brain only wants nonsense books.

I love what is called cozy mysteries and Indian mysteries. Why cozy, who knows, but I enjoy them on a rainy day with a cup of hot tea and lemon.

I remember @PJ54 mentioned the Kohlbrin Bible a while ago I haven't checked that out yet but I am halfway through the Kailedy gospel and while it has some minor issues it's a way better sayings gospel than the so called gospel of "thomas" it's about the length of a canonical gospel and gives you the chronology, context and often person/s spoken to of all the parables it presents.
